Diane Christman has been named senior vice president, marketing and development at the Cable Center in Denver. She had been VP.
Catholic TV
Watertown, Mass.-based Catholic TV has added Y. Chris Pham as coordinator, public relations and Mark Wilson as manager, programming and distribution.
Also, Sean Ward was named coordinator of new media. He had been coordinator, public relations.
COMCAST
Vic Pascarelli has been named regional vice president, sales and marketing for Comcast’s Indianapolis region. He previously served as the MSO’s area VP in metro Boston.
Also, Jeff Buzzelli joined Comcast as regional vice president of business services for Indianapolis. He comes from Level 3 Communications in Chicago, where he served as VP, sales.
Cox Enterprises
Cox Enterprises, parent of Atlanta-based MSO Cox Communications, has elevated Jimmy Hayes to CEO. He had been president and chief operating officer.
C-SPAN
C-SPAN has named 18-year network veteran Richard Weinstein as managing editor, a new post.
Also, Ira Lazernik has joined C-SPAN as director, production operations. He had been production manager of WTTG in Washington, D.C.
And Adam Sharp was named to the new post of executive producer, digital services. He had been chief of staff to Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.).

San Diego-based Entropic Communications has added Vinay Gokhale as senior vice president, marketing and business development. He had worked at Conexant Systems.
Fleischman and Harding
Doane F. Kiechel has joined Washington, D.C., law firm Fleischman and Harding as a partner in its Telecommunications Practice Group. He comes from Morrison & Forester, where he was a partner.

Fox Sports International has named Bhavesh Patel vice president, interactive media. He comes from the National Basketball Association, where he was director, global digital media.

Tom Woodbury was promoted to general counsel and executive vice president, networks business affairs, at HBO. He had been executive vice president, business affairs and legal, sales and network operations.

The Indiana Cable Telecommunications Association has named John Ruckelshaus as executive director of the Indianapolis-based trade group.

Jeffrey Lewis has been named executive vice president, digital advertising sales at Carlsbad, Calif.-based NTN Buzztime. He comes from Ripple Networks, where he was VP, sales.
