Rob Lewis has been named president and chief operating officer of Broadcast Management Group in Washington, D.C. He comes from ABC News in New York where he was director, production and operations, Good Morning America and Good Morning America Weekend.

Gregg Seibert has joined Cablevision Systems as executive vice president, responsible for overall corporate strategy and business development. He comes from Merrill Lynch.
CNN
Sam Feist was named vice president, Washington-based programming at CNN. He had been political director and senior producer, political coverage.
Also, CNN Worldwide has added Robin Garfield as senior vice president, CNN Research, based in New York. She comes from Scripps Networks, where she was VP, sales research and strategy.
CSN Philadelphia
Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia has added Amy Fadool as a reporter and anchor. She comes from WBFF, Baltimore, where she reported on the Ravens and Orioles.
HBO
Diane Tryneski has joined HBO as senior vice president, studio and broadcast operations, responsible for general management of operations in New York, Los Angeles and Hauppauge, N.Y. She comes from ABC, where she was senior VP, TV operations.

Leon Morales has joined Atlanta-based consultancy Innovar Partners as business development principal. He comes from Cox Communications, where he was executive director, customer care optimization.
MK Advertising
New York-based MK Advertising has named Michele Bavitz account director, responsible for the day-to-day management of such accounts as Showtime Networks. She comes from American Greetings Properties, where she was director, marketing.

Tina Silvestri has been elevated to senior vice president, media operations, NBC Local Media. She had been senior VP, sales operations.
RFD-TV
Mark Oppold has joined RFD-TV as news director and host of RFD-TV Live.
SPT
Sony Pictures Television has elevated Glenn Adilman to executive vice president, comedy and Sharon Hall to executive vice president, drama. Adilman had been senior VP, comedy development; Hall was the studio’s senior VP of drama.
Telemundo
Telemundo Communications Group has tapped Javier Maynulet as chief financial officer, based in Los Angeles. He comes from Universal Media Studios and Universal Cable Productions, where he was senior VP and CFO.
Turner
Turner Broadcasting System has named Monica Neal as Atlanta-based vice president, emerging partnerships for TNT, TBS and TCM. She had been VP and station manager of Peachtree TV (WPCH-TV) in Atlanta.
TV One
Keith Bowen was named chief revenue officer of TV One and Radio One, responsible for the sales operations. He had been TV One’s executive VP of advertising sales and marketing.
Also, Peggy Byrd Mazard has joined TV One’s One Solution cross-platform marketing team as vice president, integrated marketing. She comes from Condé Nast Bridal Media, where she was associate publisher for Brides, Modern Bride and Elegant Bride.
