WICT Picks New Board, Chair
TWC's Ellen East Succeeds Jennifer Dangar As Association's Chair

Women in Cable Telecommunications Friday named Ellen East, Time Warner Cable's executive vice president and chief communications officer, as chair of the association's 2009 board of directors.

"I'm delighted with the caliber and commitment of this year's board of directors, which is a testament to the value WICT brings to the industry," East said in a statement. "I am really pleased to chair WICT this year, as we celebrate 30 years of helping women in cable reach their maximum potential."
Along with East and Dangar, the rest of the executive committee board includes:
