Susan Sheppard was named senior vice president, business and legal affairs at BBC Worldwide America. She comes from Smithsonian Networks, where she was senior VP, business and legal affairs.

CBS Films

CBS Films has tapped Jack Bleck as executive vice president, business affairs. He comes from DreamWorks SKG, where he was senior VP, business affairs.

Discovery

Megan Rock advanced to vice president, domestic distribution at Discovery Communications. She was director, domestic distribution.

FS Ohio

Henry S. Ford has joined Fox Sports Ohio as the regional sports network’s senior vice president, general manager. He comes from Fox Sports Detroit, where he was general sales manager.

Media Services

Los Angeles-based entertainment accounting, payroll and software provider Media Services has added Joe Maiella as vice president, sales. He comes from recent acquisition CrewStar.

MGM

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Worldwide Television has tapped Ian Hogg as senior vice president, managing director of Asia-Pacific, based in Sydney, Australia. He comes from Theatre Red Pte Ltd. in Singapore, where he was founder and CEO.

Motorola

Edward J. Fitzpatrick has been named acting chief financial officer at Motorola. He is the company’s senior vice president, corporate controller.

MSG Media

Carol Albert was named senior vice president, marketing at MSG Media. She comes from the National Basketball Association, where she was VP, marketing.

Nat Geo

National Geographic Channel in Washington, D.C., has promoted Randy Rylander to vice president, programming, from director of programming; Dara Klatt to director, communications from senior publicist; and David Mitchell to director, finance from finance manager.

Also, Lauren Lanzi has joined Nat Geo as director, ad-sales research. She comes from Media Measurement Inc.

Suddenlink

Suddenlink Communications has elevated three at its St. Louis headquarters: Justin Freesmeier to vice president, fiscal operations; Pamela Hermann to vice president, financial systems and reporting; and Christopher McLennan to vice president, programming.

Also, Amie Doane was elevated to vice president, operations and Michael Nelson advanced to vice president, fiscal operations, at the MSO’s West region headquarters in Lubbock, Texas.

At Suddenlink’s Greenville, N.C., system, Eric Harris was upped to vice president, commercial sales – East. And Suddenlink’s Dallas operation has promoted Beverly Gambell to vice president, commercial marketing.

Turner

Turner Entertainment, Animation, Sports & Digital Ad Sales Research promoted Jeff Grant to senior vice president, Cartoon Network and Adult Swim Sales, Marketing & Enterprises, Turner Sports and Entertainment Digital Sales Research; Katie Larkin to senior vice president, Turner Entertainment and Sports Ad Sales Research and Strategy; and Jay Leon to vice president, Turner Sports Sales Research.

Warner Bros.

Jim Wuthrich has advanced to president, International Home Video and Digital Distribution at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group. He had been senior VP, digital distribution.
