Hearst Entertainment & Syndication has named George Kliavkoff as executive vice president, deputy group head. He comes from NBC Universal, where he was chief digital officer.

Michelle Strong has been named New York-based vice president, national accounts at Lifetime Television, responsible for cable, satellite and telco accounts in the Eastern Region. She comes from Disney and ESPN Media Networks, where she was a New York-based senior director, national accounts.
