Courtney Menzel has joined startup premium channel Epix as senior vice president, content distribution. She comes from MTV Networks, where she was senior VP, national accounts.

Philip Lombardo has joined Moorestown, N.J.-based RCH Cable as Midwest regional sales director. He comes from Charter Communications, where he had served as corporate director of sales.
Sportsman Channel
The Sportsman Channel has named Willy Burkhardt as president of the network. He will continue in his role as executive vice president of TSC parent InterMedia Outdoors.
