Mike Reynolds -- Multichannel News, 4/13/2009 4:35:00 PM

With the New York Mets set for their inaugural game at their new ballpark April 13, SNY will be on-site at Citi Field for all of the festivities.
SNY Monday will set up a special set adjacent to the Jackie Robinson Rotunda at Citi Field, where the regional sports network will televise Daily News Live at 5 p.m., The Wheel House at 5:30 p.m. and KFC Pre Game Live at 6 p.m.
The RSN's coverage will feature commentary from a number of former Mets stars --Tom Seaver and John Franco, among them -- as well as sports and entertainment personalities, including WFAN's Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton.

SNY's broadcast team, comprising Keith Hernandez, Ron Darling, Gary Cohen, Darryl Strawberry, Bob Ojeda, Kevin Burkhardt and Chris Carlin, will also participate in the network's pre-game coverage.
Then, the Amazins take on the San Diego Padres at 7 p.m., followed by the Lincoln Mercury Post Game Live, tentatively scheduled for 9:30 p.m. Matters conclude with Geico SportsNite, slated for 10 p.m.
