CSG Systems has extended its relationship with Cox Communications through Dec. 31, 2011, to provide billing-management services.
Under a new three-year contract extension, CSG's Output Solutions unit will continue to print and mail statements for Cox's more than 6 million customers nationwide.
In addition, CSG will continue to produce customer letters and refund checks along with providing Statement ImageView, which creates electronic statement images that Cox customer-service representatives can use to view customer statements in the call center and allows consumers to view statements on the Cox Web site.
Cox has been a customer for Englewood, Colo.-based CSG for more than 10 years.
