Eurocinema Launches On Cablevision On Demand
Rollout Lifts International Film Purveyor Into 24 Million Homes

Eurocinema has secured a berth on Cablevision Systems Corp.'s on-demand roster.The purveyor of international and European theatricals is now available on Cablevision's channel 500 under the international and European movies on demand category. Deal terms were not disclosed.
The films are available for $4.95 each.
With the Cablevision rollout, Eurocinema, which also counts Time Warner Cable, Charter Communications, DirecTV and Dish Network among its affiliates, is carried in over 24 million homes in the U.S. and Canada.
Among the titles, which serve as the centerpiece of a two-hour thematic block that provides perspective on the films, are: Alice's House, Portuguese with English subtitles, 2008; Le Couer Des Hommes 2, French with English subtitles, 2008; and Mala Uva, Spanish, with English subtitles, 2004

On-demand provides the perfect platform for Eurocinema's multicultural offering. Consumers may select films, at any time from the country and language of their choice, all from the comfort of their own living rooms."
