Brent Spitzer has joined Discovery Communications as vice president, digital advertising sales, Eastern region, based in New York. He comes from agency Platform A, where he was VP, Northeast sales.

ESPN

ESPN has upped Rodolfo Martinez to vice president, production of ESPN International and ESPN Deportes.

Chipmaker Silicon Image has added Tim Vehling as vice president, worldwide marketing. He comes from Micronas GmbH, where he was VP, marketing and applications engineering.

Steve Kravetz has joined WE TV as director, ad sales, new-business development, based in New York. He comes from NBC Universal, where he was manager, ad-sales business development responsible for USA Network, Sci Fi Channel, Sleuth and Chiller.
