Miniseries Opener Draws 1.4 Million Viewers

The premiere episode of BBC America's five part miniseries, Torchwood: Children of Earth, captured the largest audience in the network's history.The first installment of the political sci-fi thriller was viewed by 1.4 million viewers on July 20, according to Nielsen Media Research live+ same-day data.
The miniseries is premiering from July 20-24 in the 9 p.m. hour.
