TLC will relaunch its reality series Jon & Kate Plus Eight in November with more of Kate and less of Jon.
The new series, Kate Plus Eight, will capture a "deeper focus" on Kate Gosselin's life as a single mother of sextuplets and eight year-old twins, the Discovery Communications-owned network said Tuesday.

Jon and Kate Gosselin filed for divorce this past June and have appeared separately in recent episodes during the fifth season of the hit series. The last episode of Jon and Kate Plus Eight airs Oct. 26.
Jon Gosselin will continue to appear on the new show, but on a less regular basis, according to the network.
TLC is also in development on another Kate Gosselin project for 2010.
"Given the recent changes in the family dynamics, it only makes sense for us to refresh and recalibrate the program to keep pace with the family," TLC president/general manager Eileen O'Neill said in a statement. "The family has evolved and we are attempting to evolve with it; we feel that Kate's journey really resonates with our viewers."
The series has been riding a ratings rollercoaster during its season five run. The June 22 episode in which Jon and Kate announced their divorce drew a network record 10.6 million viewers before going on hiatus for two months. The show returned Aug. 3 and suffered a 61% viewership drop, to 4.1 million viewers. The Sept. 21 episode had 1.7 million viewers.

Sad how TLC keeps using these kids to make a profit.

TLC stick a fork in it. It's done!
The I'm a single Mom doing it all by having an Organic Chef, bodyguards, Nannies, Housekeeper, Gardner etc. won't work.
We're in a recession. People don't want to watch the excess of this spoiled family. They played fertility roulette and won. Haven't they been rewarded enough.
TLC stinks. - 9/30/2009 9:07:40 AM EDT
