Discovery Communications has upgraded its affiliate Web site.
Launching Monday Oct. 26, the enhanced discoveryaffiliate.com, will provide an upgraded one-stop destination for all affiliate programming and marketing needs.The site houses everything from real-time programming schedule downloads to expanded promotional and marketing resources for all partners.
Additional features include timely homepage updates about new resources; network-specific program information, logos, photos and video; sales tools and event resources; and order history and tracking capabilities.
To support the revamp, Discovery Channel's Mythbusters will unveil the new site with an interactive demolition experience. In addition, the first 250 affiliates to log-on to the site will receive a special gift courtesy of Discovery Communications.
"In an effort to continually deliver the very best service to our affiliate partners, we're introducing a new online destination featuring an upgraded user experience and an enhanced inventory of robust programming and marketing resources from Discovery's family of high-quality networks-all designed to make affiliates' jobs easier," said Jennifer Iras, vice president, affiliate and national accounts marketing, Discovery Communications, in a statement.
