CSG Names Don Reed Chairman
Former CEO Of Cable & Wireless Elected At Billing-Systems Vendor

Billing-systems vendor CSG Systems International announced that Don Reed, former CEO of Cable & Wireless, was elected chairman effective Jan. 1.
Reed, who joined CSG's board in 2005, will take over the chairman position from Bernie Reznicek, currently independent chairman who will remain a board member and continue to chair its audit committee. Reed's election was made in conjunction with the board's governance practices "to rotate key board positions periodically," the company said.
Englewood, Colo.-based CSG counts Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Dish Network, Charter Communications and Cox Communications, among its customers.
Reed, who is currently retired, also serves on the boards of Idearc Media (formerly Verizon Yellow Pages) and Aggregate Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of Switzerland's Holcim Group. Prior to running Cable & Wireless, Reed held several different several different executive and operational positions at Cable & Wireless, Cabletron Systems, NYNEX and New England Telephone.
