Food Network Talks Turkey At Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Scripps Service's On-Air Talent  Dress Up Tom The Turkey Float

Food Network is going along for the ride during the 83rd annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York,
The Scripps Interactive service and Food Network Magazine will present the Tom the Turkey float. Measuring 21-feet tall and 20-feet wide, Tom the Turkey is covered in brilliantly colored plumage, as he leads the rest of the 23 floats through the streets of Manhattan.
Tom will be accompanied by Food Network stars Sunny Anderson (Cooking for Real), Anne Burrell (Secrets of a Restaurant Chef) and Claire Robinson (5 Ingredient Fix). The trio share their tips and recipes in Food Network Magazine.

NBC will televise the festivities from 9 a.m. to noon (ET) on Nov. 26.

• I think for the annual 83rd Macys Thankgiving Parade that is should have all the Food NetWork Stars from all their shows on the PARADE FLOAT. like miss PAULA DEEN, EMERIL LAGASSE, TYLER FLAURANCE, RACHEAL RAY, BOBBY FLAY, MARIO BATALI, THE NEELYS, AND THE CHEF JAMIE OLIVER, AND GUY FIETI , SANDRA LEE.just to name a few and MICHAEL SYMAN. I think that that would be great to have them on a float and maybe have Alton brown as grand Marshall of the 2009 Macys Thanksgiving parade.
