MSG Names Three Executives

Pollichino, Burian Lhota Join Management Team

Madison Square Garden, which is set to spin off from Cablevision Systems next month, has begun beefing up its leadership team, naming three former Cablevision executives Robert Pollichino, Lawrence Burian and Joseph Lhota, to senior management positions.
Madison Square Garden, which includes the arena, professional sports teams the New York Knicks, New York Rangers and New York Liberty, entertainment venues including the Beacon Theater, Radio City Music Hall and the Chicago Theater, its regional sports networks and cable music channel Fuse - is scheduled to be spun-off to Cablevision stockholders on Feb. 9. Cablevision vice chairman Hank Ratner will also become CEO of MSG after the spin is complete.
Pollichino, currently executive vice president of finance at MSG, will become executive vice president and chief financial officer after the spin. He will be responsible for for directing and supervising all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and budgeting as well as treasury, internal audit, risk management and investor relations.
Burian, currently senior vice president, associate general counsel and business affairs will become executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of MSG. He will be responsible for and direct all of the company's legal affairs.
Lhota, most recently executive vice president responsible for corporate-wide administrative service for Cablevision, will become MSG's executive vice president of administration, responsible for company-wide human resources, information technology, government relations, staffing and recruitment, training, real estate planning, corporate travel and security.
All three men will report to Ratner.

"The insight and guidance of our executives will help continue our growth as we become a new public company and further establish our position as one of the world's leading sports, entertainment and media companies."
