Stephen Colafrancesco was named corporate vice president of marketing at Bright House Networks. He had been VP, marketing at the MSO's Tampa Bay, Fla., division.
Comcast
Comcast's Michigan region has tapped Lisa Nolen Birmingham as vice president, government and regulatory affairs and Chris Horak as director, state government affairs. Birmingham had been Comcast's director, government affairs in Vermont; Horak had been governmental affairs director for the Michigan Cable Telecommunications Association.
Also, Debra Cramer advanced to division director of marketing in Comcast's Atlanta-based Southern Division. She had been director of marketing in the Atlanta region.
