AT&T

Hal Lenox was named president, AT&T New York, responsible for the telco's regulatory and legislative strategies in that state. He had been president, AT&T Nevada.

Bright House

Stephen Colafrancesco was named corporate vice president of marketing at Bright House Networks. He had been VP, marketing at the MSO's Tampa Bay, Fla., division.

Comcast

Comcast's Michigan region has tapped Lisa Nolen Birmingham as vice president, government and regulatory affairs and Chris Horak as director, state government affairs. Birmingham had been Comcast's director, government affairs in Vermont; Horak had been governmental affairs director for the Michigan Cable Telecommunications Association.

Also, Debra Cramer advanced to division director of marketing in Comcast's Atlanta-based Southern Division. She had been director of marketing in the Atlanta region.

Digitas

Ashley Swartz has joined Digitas as senior vice president for the agency's New York office. She had been North American interim CEO at Ag8.

Disney Channel

Nikki Reed was named vice president, original series at Disney Channel and Disney XD, responsible for live-action development. She comes from Universal Cable Productions, where she was VP of current and development.

Global Cable

Mitch Heller was named sales manager at Arvadas, Colo.-based Global Cable. He had been a manufacturer's representative at The Siemon Co.

Oxygen

Brie Miranda Bryant has advanced to director of development at Oxygen Media. She was manager of development.

Pedal Faster

Visual effects and post-production facilities executive Jeff Ross has launched Pedal Faster Business Consulting. He had been executive VP of Los Angeles based visual-effects firm Eden FX.

QVC

Meg Armstrong has joined home-shopping channel QVC as general manager, e-commerce. She had been VP, direct-to-consumer platform marketing for Brown Shoe Co./Shoes.com.

RealNetworks

RealNetworks has elevated Mike Lunsford to executive vice president of its Technology Products and Solutions and Media Software and Services divisions. He had been executive vice president, strategic ventures, responsible for directing strategy and operations at Rhapsody America.

Savage

Former KNBC-TV anchor and reporter Tracie Savage has formed Savage Communications, a provider of media and presentation training to companies based in Los Angeles.

Solekai

San Diego-based cable, satellite and consumer-electronics engineering-services firm Solekai Systems has tapped Marco Thompson as chief technology officer. He was CTO at Wind River Services.

Spike TV

Spike TV has upped John Griffin to senior vice president of programming. He had been VP, programming.

YuMe

Redwood City, Calif.-based advertising technology firm YuMe has named Scot McLernon as chief revenue officer. He comes from CBS Interactive.
