WICT Names Gibson VP of Communications

Exec Will Head Up Women's Group's Marketing, Public Relations

Women in Cable & Telecommunications has named Talton Gibson to the new position of VP or communications, in charge of marketing and public relations.
Most recently, Gibson was an independent consultant, including work for the European Foundation for Democracy and the Center For Liberty in the Middle East, where he conducted online advocacy training for women in North Africa and the Middle East.
His resume also includes managing media relations for American Women in Radio & Television and publicity for Paramount's Hard Copy.
Talton started his new job on March 8.
