BRIGHT HOUSE
Michelle Stuart was promoted to vice president of marketing at Bright House Networks’ Tampa Bay division. She had been senior director.

CARTOON NETWORK
Josh Feldman was upped to senior vice president, ad sales, at Cartoon Network. He had been VP, New York sales manager of Cartoon and Adult Swim.

COMCAST
Sue Gibbs has joined Comcast’s Southern division as vice president, financial operations. She was senior director in the Greater Chicago region.
Also, Comcast has elevated Scott Calloway to senior vice president, operations, Comcast Southern Division.
The MSO has also promoted Dan Murphy to senior vice president, engineering, in its Southern Division.
And Tim Gage has been named senior vice president of government and regulatory affairs for the Comcast Southern Division.
Lastly, Mark Corcoran has joined Comcast’s Southern Division as vice president, human resources, labor/ employee relations. He was senior director, labor relations and employment practices at Comcast.

COMCAST SPOTLIGHT
Dan Sinagoga was promoted to vice president, political advertising at Comcast Spotlight. He was director, political sales.

COMSTAR MEDIA
Dallas-based Comstar Media has advanced Pete Thomson to vice president and general sales manager, responsible for all properties including AmericanLife TV and FamilyNet TV. He had been director, sales at FamilyNet Television and Radio.

DISCOVERY
Discovery Communications has named Luis Silberwasser as international head of content, Discovery Networks International, a new post. He had been senior VP, content group, for Discovery Networks Latin America/U.S. Hispanic and GM of U.S. Hispanic Networks.
Also, Clint Perez has joined Discovery Education as vice president of marketing.

HEREMEDIA
HereMedia has elevated Carrie Rosten to vice president, integrated marketing. She was senior director, integrated marketing.

FS DETROIT
FOX Sports Detroit has named Samantha Ankeny to director of marketing and sales promotion. Ankeny comes from ad agency BBDO where she was senior manager Dodge brand/ large car/motorsports.

PCN
Pennsylvania Cable Network has elevated Debra Kohr Sheppard to senior vice president, operations, from VP; William Bova to senior vice president, programming, from VP; and Melissa Hiler to vice president, controller, from controller.

SCRIPPS NETWORKS
Scripps Networks has elevated Elaine McCall to senior vice president, affiliate finance. She was VP.

TURNER
Turner Media Group has named Holly Wasson vice president of asset management. She had been senior director, marketing at Turner Entertainment Networks.

WGN AMERICA
Joshua Richman has joined WGN America as vice president, marketing, based in New York. He comes from ESPN Customer Marketing and Sales, where he was head of the New York comarketing group.
Also, Andrew Levine has joined the programmer as New Yorkbased direct response sales manager. He was a direct response account executive at BET.
