was promoted to vice president, scheduling and program planning at AMC. She had been director of scheduling.
Also, Toby Greenfield was upped to director of scheduling, from manager.

Law firm Cinnamon Mueller has added Barbara Esbin as head of its Washington, D.C., office, representing the American Cable Association at the Federal Communications Commission and before other agencies. She comes from free-market think tank the Progress & Freedom Foundation, where she was a senior fellow.

Minnetonka, Minn.-based Computer Systems Inc. has named William G. Schultz as executive vice president, operations. He had been VP, general manager of connectivity and data-transmission products subsidiary Transition Networks.

EPIX
Premium movie channel Epix has added Tim Boell as group vice president, lead of the sales group. He had been senior VP, sales and marketing at Sundance Channel.
Also, Andy Hunter was promoted to chief marketing officer at Epix. He was senior VP, business development.

MEDIAMORPH
Digital-media tracking platform Media- Morph has added Shahid Kahn as chairman and chief strategist. He comes from IBB Consulting Group, where he was senior partner.

MEXICANAL
Gladys Ruiz-Abreu
has been tapped as account executive at Mexicanal, the jointventure between Castalia Communications and Mexico-based Cablecom. She had been a marketing manager at Azteca America.

OVATION
Sonia Tower
has joined Ovation as vice president, community relations. She comes from the Obama Arts Policy Committee, where she was a key organizer.

REVSHARE
Brendan Condon
has been named CEO of REVShare, a New York-based TV-advertising network. He comes from Time Warner Inc., where he was senior VP, global emerging markets.

RRE VENTURES
New York-based RRE Ventures has added McAdory “Mac” Lipscomb Jr. as operating partner. A partner at Accenture, he is a former executive VP at Showtime Networks.

STREAMBOX
James Page
has joined Seattle-based Streambox as director of sports broadcasting. He comes from Canned Digital, where he was key account manager.

SUNDANCE CHANNEL
Beth Stein
has been promoted to vice president, marketing at Sundance Channel. She was senior director.
Also, Sundance has advanced JC Cancedda to vice president, brand strategy and creative, from director, brand strategy and design.
Finally, Lele Engler was upped to director, marketing and media, from senior manager.
