Jason D. King has joined the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing as director, communications and media relations. He comes from the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators.

DIRECTV
Joe Bosch was named executive vice president and chief human resources officer at DirecTV. He comes from Centex, where he was VP, human resources.

EPIX
Maureen Taran has joined Epix as vice president, original programming, live events. She had been executive producer of the Showtime talk show The Green Room With Paul Provenza.

MOTOROLA
John Holobinko has joined Motorola as head of strategy and business development for its Access Networks group. He comes from Big Band Networks, where he was VP, marketing.

NBC UNIVERSAL
NBC Universal has added Michele Kessler as chief marketing officer in residence on its Integrated Sales Marketing team. She comes from Mars, where she was VP, global chocolate strategy.
Also, Enrique Juarez has been named vice president, sales liaison, Latin America, at NBC Universal International Television Distribution. He comes from Warner Bros. Entertainment, where he was director, pan-regional advertising sales, Latin America.

PROMAXBDA
PromaxBDA has named Lisa Gregorian, chief marketing officer at Warner Bros. Television Group, and Adam Stotsky, president of marketing at NBC Entertainment, as co-chairmen of the trade organization.

Gilbert Dávila has joined the board of directors of cable network Sí TV. He is a multicultural marketing consultant and chairman of the Association of National Advertisers’ Multicultural Marketing and Diversity Committee.

Karen O’Hara was upped to vice president, original movies, at Syfy. She had been director.

Sony Pictures Television has upped James Canniffe to senior vice president, U.S. development, alternative programming.

Jay Batista has joined TV program- management software provider StorerTV as chief operating officer. He comes from Londonbased AmberFin.
Also, Toufic Moubarak has joined StorerTV as VP, software development.

TOLLGRADE
Greg Nulty has joined Pittsburgh- based network service assurance test products firm Tollgrade Communications as vice president, marketing. He comes from Rivulet, where he was senior VP, product management and business development.

TIME WARNER CABLE
Howie Hodges has joined Time Warner Cable as vice president, external affairs. He comes from nonprofit One Economy, where he was senior VP, government affairs.
Also, Tom Valasek was named vice president, business development at Time Warner Cable Media Sales, responsible for the automotive category. He comes from Rusnak Auto Group, where he was an executive director.
