Don Detampel has joined Charter Communications as executive vice president and president, commercial services. He comes from voice-over-Internet protocol wholesaler New Global Telecom.

Carolyne Hannan was named vice president, sales in Comcast’s Houston region. She had been VP, sales and marketing in the Western New England region.

Cox Communications has advanced Nelson Mower to vice president, customer contact management, based in Atlanta. He was VP, IT and continuous improvement for the Arkansas/ Kansas and Oklahoma systems.
