Charter Restructures Management Team
Schremp, Fawaz, Doody Get Additional Duties

Charter Communications said Tuesday that it has restructured its management team, adding to the duties of three senior executives in what president and CEO Mike Lovett said was an effort to better leverage the St. Louis-based MSO's strengths and grow customer relationships.
Executive vice president and chief marketing officer Ted Schremp adds operations to his list of responsibilities, becoming EVP, operations and marketing. In addition to his marketing duties, Schremp will be responsible for customer experience transformation, customer care, operations, communications and human resources. Also, EVP, operations and chief technology officer Marwan Fawaz becomes EVP strategy and chief technology officer, adding responsibility for strategy and innovation of Charter's product portfolio as well as business development. He will retain responsibility for engineering/IP infrastructure, information technology and web technology strategy.
Executive vice president and general counsel Greg Doody, who joined Charter in 2009 to assist in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization, will become EVP, programming and legal affairs, adding responsibility for programming after EVP corporate development and strategy Greg Rigdon leaves the company in early February. Doody will also retain leadership for government affairs. In addition, Rick Dykhouse has been named senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, and will report to Doody.
Charter's senior leadership team was completed last fall with the additions of Don Detampel as EVP and president of commercial services and Chris Winfrey as EVP and chief financial officer.
