Dish Network Offers Freeview Of Sportsman HD

The free preview provides Dish subscribers access to Sportsman Channel's programming including more than 50 shows premiering the week of Oct. 3. They include conservation leader Beau Turner, son of media legend Ted Turner, in his TV debut with Beau Knows Outdoors on Oct. 6.

"By providing access to Sportsman Channel right during the peak of hunting season, Dish Network is showing a real appreciation for American Sportsmen," Gavin Harvey, CEO of Sportsman Channel, said in a release. Dish offers the Sportsman Channel on its America's Top 250 and Outdoor Sports programming packages.
