American Support Names Rycenga CIO
Exec Previously Served as IT Director for Charter's Commercial Services Division

American Support, a billing and customer-support services firm, has hired Chad Rycenga, formerly director of information technology for Charter Communications' commercial-services division, as chief information officer.
Rycenga most recently was CIO of Cobridge Communications, a cable operator in Sullivan, Mo. He also has worked in technology management and consulting roles for MasterCard International, Nike, Maritz and Scottrade.
"American Support is committed to growing jobs in the U.S., and the technology expertise Chad brings to the organization will help us do that through new and more efficient systems," American Support president and CEO Matt Zemon said in a statement.
Rycenga will work from his home office in St. Louis.
American Support, based in Chapel Hill, N.C., provides services to more than 70 customers representing more than 400 cable systems in 29 states.
