Comcast Thinking Internationally in Chicago

Comcast Corp. will launch 10 International Channel Networks services in the Greater Chicago area Thursday.

Windy City-area Comcast subscribers will get ART (Arabic), CCTV-4 (Chinese), CTI Zhong Tian Channel (Chinese), RAI (Italian), RTN (Russian), SBTN (Vietnamese), TV Asia (South Asian), TV5 (French), TV JAPAN (Japanese), TV Polonia (Polish) and The Filipino Channel (Filipino).

The MSO had already launched TV Polonia in select areas of Chicago in November.

Comcast also announced that it has added ICN-distributed Africa Independent Television to its lineup in the Washington, D.C., area.
