La Familia Signs WorldLink

WorldLink, Los Angeles-based media sales firm, will act as exclusive infomercial ad-sales representative for La Familia Network, a fledgling Hispanic cable network.
La Familia Network recently was added to Cablevision Systems Corp.'s Spanish digital tier in the New York DMA.
In addition, the firm has been named ad-sales rep for Destino X, Wide Angle Productions' travel/lifestyle series currently airing in the U.S. on Latin TV and internationally on Telemundo Internacional.
WorldLink, formed in 1997, added Spanish cable-network ad sales the following year.
The majority of its ad-sales business is in direct-response and infomercials, followed by its Hispanic business, according to WorldLink CEO Toni Erickson Knight.
