USA Expands Ad-Sales Force

USA Cable promoted three ad-sales executives Wednesday: Scott Silverstein, David Safran and Robert Kaminsky.

All three report to USA Cable president of ad sales Jon Spaet.

Silverstein becomes senior vice president and general sales manager of ad sales for USA Network.

Assuming Silverstein's former post as senior vice president and general sales manager of ad sales for Sci Fi Channel is Safran. Until now, Safran was senior vice president of ad sales at Lorne Michaels' (Saturday Night Live) Burly Bear Network.

Kaminsky has been named senior vice president of ad sales for sports and specials at USA Cable, after having been vice president of business development at Arkright.
