El Segundo, Calif. - Mattel Inc. signed a multiyear global licensing deal with Nickelodeon last Wednesday to renew and expand its current contract.

Mattel will be the master toy licensee for all of Nick's entertainment properties-cable, as well as Nickelodeon Movies-across a wide spectrum of toy categories. The deal also includes programs on Nick at Nite, TV Land and Nick GAS (Games and Sports).
