Tennis Channel Tries to Break Deuce

The Tennis Channel launched an online petition (http://www.tennischannelpetition.com/index.php?) in hopes of pressuring distributors to carry it.
The upstart network may be having some distribution problems, as its only big deal is with Time Warner Cable. And the channel, which hopes to launch in the first quarter, still hasn't announced a firm start date.
