Supreme Takes Municipal Case

By Multi Channel News Staff -- Multichannel News, 6/25/2003 8:17:00 AM

Attorneys for Missouri and the Federal Communications Commission asked the high court to sort out conflicting rulings from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the District of Columbia Circuit Court.

At issue is the legal definition of the word "any" in the Cable Act, which forbids regulation that constitutes a barrier to entry to 'any entity."
