'Amy's deep expertise in PR and her leadership skills are quite impressive, and we are delighted to have her as our lead spokesperson,' Thomas-Graham said in a prepared statement.
'Paul will be able to leverage his deep knowledge of the CNBC brand to help build the profile of our international operations,' she added.
Zelvin worked at Ruder Finn Inc., Business Week and Crown Publishing Group before joining CNBC.
