Andy Verderame has been promoted to senior vice president, creative services at Court TV. He was previously VP, creative services.
CAA
Tom Sassos has been appointed chairman of Cable Audit Associates, an auditing and consulting firm serving the cable and satellite-television industry. Sassos, an original investor in CAA, has served on the company's board of directors since the firm was founded 17 years ago.

Andrew V. Capone has been named vice president of advertising sales for CNBC Europe and CNBC Asia Pacific. He had been regional manager, CNBC International.

Discovery Networks U.S. named Laura Reimers vice president of communications for the Discovery Health Channel. She had been director of communications.
