Bravo's Actors Studio Hits 100

Lipton will meet 'Lipton' when Bravo celebrates the centennial entry of its Inside the Actors Studio Oct. 14.

James Lipton, host of the arts network's signature series, will be joined on stage by comic Will Ferrell, who regularly parodies the actor-interviewer on NBC's Saturday Night Live.

A Bravo spokesman said Lipton and Ferrell will interview each other during Inside the Actors Studio 100^th Guest Celebration Sunday at 7 p.m.

That special retrospective will also feature some surprises and clips from Lipton's interviews with such notable actors as Robert De Niro, Susan Sarandon, Meryl Streep, Anthony Hopkins, Julia Roberts and Kevin Spacey.

It will be followed by Lipton's 100^th interview: a one-hour conversation with Gene Hackman.
