Charter Gets Award

Charter Communications Inc. will receive the 'Outstanding Corporate Growth Award' from the Association for Corporate Growth at a ceremony held in conjunction with the ACG's Annual InterGrowth Conference in Colorado Springs, Colo., in May.

The award recognizes a company that exemplifies entrepreneurial achievement and that has demonstrated outstanding growth for the most recent five-year period. Previous winners include The Home Depot Inc., Cisco Systems Inc. and Harley-Davidson Inc.

The ACG is an association for professionals involved in middle-market corporate growth, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. It has about 5,500 members in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Mexico.
