Gephardt’s Daughter an American Candidate

One of the candidates in Showtime reality show American Candidate has some experience in an actual presidential election.

AP reported that Chrissy Gephardt, daughter of former candidate Dick Gephardt, is one of the 12 contestants on the show.

Rep. Gephardt (D-Mo.) abandoned his bid for the Oval Office in January following a fourth-place finish in the Iowa caucuses.

Showtime will roll out 10-episode American Candidate this summer.
