Changes at Chum

Chum Ltd. Friday promoted Brad Phillips to the newly created position of vice president, Chum Television, from VP and general manager of Citytv Vancouver.
In his new post, Phillips will oversee Citytv Vancouver and The New VI.
The company also said The New VI VP and GM Howard Slutsken is leaving to form his own consulting firm.
