Time Warner Communications and Insight Communications Co. Inc. announced a limited-liability interconnect partnership Thursday that will give advertisers one-stop-shopping capability, reaching nearly 400,000 cable homes in Columbus, Ohio.
Under the agreement, which takes effect Monday (Jan. 29), Time Warner will manage the interconnect, with general sales manager Laurie Nordholt overseeing its daily operations. Insight vice president of ad sales Bill Gilbert will represent that MSO on the interconnect's governing board.
Through the interconnect, advertisers will have access to nearly 68 percent of the cable households within the Columbus DMA and 81 percent of those homes in the six-county Greater Columbus metropolitan area, the companies announced.
