Oxygen Media said it will launch "Oxygen Gets You Going," a new national program designed to deliver capital to women-owned businesses.
Oxygen will partner with cable affiliates nationwide and with Count Me In for Women's Economic Independence, a nonprofit organization, to provide loans and financial and career advice to women across the country.
