TNS Promotes Quartet

Turner Network Sales -- the network distribution, sales and marketing arm of Turner Broadcasting System Inc. -- announced the promotion of four senior sales and marketing executives.
\u0007 Heather Baldino, previously vice president of news-networks marketing, is now VP of networks marketing and operations. She is charged with creating marketing initiatives that align the 11 Turner entertainment and news channels.
\u0007 Shannon Powell has been elevated to VP of operations and oversees the sales operations, systems operations and administration departments. She had been director of sales operations.
\u0007 Lisa Richardson has been promoted to VP, partnership marketing. In her new post, Richardson -- who had been serving as VP of entertainment-networks marketing -- is aligning the resources of TNS, the 11 Turner networks and AOL Time Warner Inc. to generate more opportunities for cable and sales affiliates.
\u0007 Jennifer Iras is now regional VP, central region, where she has day-to-day oversight of affiliate sales and managing the Adelphia Communications Corp. account. Iras was director of national accounts and marketing.
