Bright House Rides CSG’s ‘Care Express’

Two Bright House Networks divisions will use CSG Systems International Inc.’s “Care Express,” the vendor said Tuesday.

The MSO’s Tampa Bay (Fla.) and Detroit divisions will use Care Express’ electronic-bill-presentment and payment (EBPP) and self-care options. The two divisions serve a total of 1.5 million subscribers.

"Bright House Networks focuses on delivering service to the customer on their terms, whether it's on demand or online," vice president Dick Rose said in a prepared statement. "CSG Care Express fits well with that philosophy because now we can deliver billing and customer-care service on the customer's terms, as well.”
