Indiana’s Tracy Joins Insight as VP

Insight Communications Co. Inc. hired Brad Tracy, former head of Indiana’s cable trade group, as vice president of government and regulatory affairs.

He replaces Keith Hall, who left to work for recently elected Kentucky Gov. Ernie Fletcher.

Before serving as executive director of the Indiana Cable Telecommunications Association, Tracy held several political positions in the state, including chief of staff to Indiana’s House Republican leader.

He’ll be responsible for all legislative and regulatory activities for Insight on a local, state and federal level, including franchising, lobbying efforts and communicating pertinent policy both internally and externally.

Tracy will be based in Indianapolis.
