Video-on-demand service provider Diva Systems Corp. has filed documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering that could raise about $75 million.

Diva did not reveal how many shares it will offer to the public or at what price. The company has been around for about five years, and it reported a loss of about $49 million last year on revenue of $1.1 million.
