Two Join TV Guide

Mitch Miller has been named vice president, on-demand product management for Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc.’s TV Guide Television Group.

Miller had been corporate senior director for video-on-demand and pay-per-view at Charter Communications Inc.

In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and managing products and services to support TV Guide On Demand.

And Sheldon Rabinowitz has joined the company as senior VP of finance and business development for TV Guide Television Group.

Rabinowitz had been senior VP, finance for ABC Entertainment Television Group.

In his new post, he will work closely with Gemstar-TV Guide chief financial officer Brian Urban to oversee all aspects of financial, accounting and budget planning for TV Guide Channel, TV Guide Interactive, TV Guide On Demand and TV Guide International.

He will also be responsible for all strategic-business-development functions on behalf of TV Guide Television Group.
