Rich Goldfarb has joined Fox Cable Networks as senior vice president, advertising sales for it and National Geographic Channel U.S. He had been senior vice president, national ad sales and CNBC syndication sales and marketing at NBC Cable. Robert Adelman has been promoted to regional director, affiliate sales and marketing, Southeast region at Fox Cable Networks Group, from manager of affiliate sales, Fox Sports Net South. Ashley L. Nielsson has joined FCNG as manager, affiliate sales and marketing, Western region. She had been senior account executive, transactional content group at TVN Entertainment Corp. Sara M. Viard has joined the company as manager, affiliate sales and marketing, Rocky Mountain region. Viard had been a sales-development executive at Home Box Office. Bradley Branch has been named vice president, on-air promotion at Fox Kids Network. Branch had been director of on-air promotion at Fox Sports Net. Larry Gillman has been named general manager of Fox Sports World and Fox Sports World Español. Gillman will retain his current duties as chief financial officer of Fox Sports International. Fox Sports Latin America has promoted David Sternberg to general manager, from vice president of business development, Fox Sports International. Raúl de Quesada, currently vice president of marketing and communications at Fox Sports Latin America, adds the title of assistant general manager.
