C-COR.net Files for Stock Offering

C-COR.net Corp. said after market close Monday that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a public offering of 4.4 million shares of common stock.

The broadband-communications-gear vendor said the offering is being managed by CIBC World Markets, Friedman Billings Ramsey, Needham & Co. and Credit Lyonnais Securities USA Inc.

C-COR.net also granted the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 660,000 shares to cover overallotments.

The company’s stock closed trading Monday at $17.71 per share.
