ESPN original series Playmakers continued to fumble away household-rating points Tuesday but scored with the network’s target adult-male demo.
The Sept. 9 episode pulled a 1.57 household rating, down from last week’s 2.0 and nearly a full point below its premiere 2.4 showing.
The skein, though, pulled its highest viewership among men 18-34 (a 3.6 rating). ESPN said it delivered more men (613,348) than all other cable networks and four of the six broadcast networks in the time period.
