Nortel Taps Marketing Head

Clent Richardson has been promoted to chief marketing officer at Nortel Networks Corp.

Richardson joined Nortel in April to lead the company’s enterprise global marketing.

In his new role, he will be responsible for brand development and management; online presence; solutions marketing; advertising; public relations; sponsorships; promotions; community relations; employee communications; and events.

Prior to Nortel, Richardson had been chief sales and marketing officer at T-Mobile USA Inc.
