World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. reported $88.1 million in fiscal first-quarter revenue, down from $90.7 million in the same period last year.
Net income fell to $2.5 million from $12 million, and pay-per-view revenue fell 34 percent to $19.2 million.
WWE reported $16.7 million in ad revenue versus $19.5 million in the year-ago period.
