Former Walt Disney Co. board member Roy Disney is continuing his efforts to remove chairman Michael Eisner.

Roy Disney said late Thursday that he would hold a separate investor meeting the day before Disney’s March 3 annual meeting to rally support against the company’s current management, Reuters reported.

Roy Disney, founder Walt Disney’s nephew, and Stanley Gold, who both resigned as directors late last year, said in a prepared statement that they wanted to press their case for investors to vote against re-electing Eisner and three other directors and to push for Eisner's resignation.
